The barrel is accompanied by a 20-minute workout video featuring Master Pilates Instructor Romana Kryzanowska and Elite Pilates Trainer Marjolein Brugman. Brugman explains and demonstrates each of 14 exercises shown on the video. The barrel measures 27-1/7 inches x 17-1/2 inches x 13-1/2 inches and weighs 18 pounds. Handles on the side that are used for specific exercises can also be used to move the barrel around.
